The Danish Evangelical Lutheran Church in
Paris (in Danish: Frederikskirken) was built
in 1955 and inaugurated on April 24, 1955,
by King Frederik IX. Before the church was
constructed, the congregation met at Saint
John’s Lutheran Church.

The old Frobenius organ was donated to the parish of
Bagenkop Kirke on Langeland in southern Denmark,
during the construction of the new instrument in 1998

In 1998, Marcussen & Søn built a new organ.
